Experience with staffing (Nutscript, SAM, other servers, etc.): I've had a bit of experience staffing on a smaller server, none recently though.

How active will you be on the server?: As active as I can be. I work fulltime, however i'm always on before or after work!

Why do you wanna be a staff member?: I've been a member of the community for quite some time now, and I love it here. I'd love to be staff to help regulate the server and keep things running smoothly. I enjoy helping people out, new and old, and I want to make an impact doing that. I've noticed there aren't many issues here regarding rules and rule breaks, so i'd mainly like to help with answering questions and helping people when they need it.

What is your purpose as a staff member?: Like I said before, i've noticed that there is not a huge issue with rule breaking on the server. However, if a situation does arise where moderation of rules is needed, then I would handle it. If there's an argument on server that gets out of hand, I would be there to cool it down and mediate. I would be there to answer any question I am needed, and to guide new players in the correct direction.

Explain how these traits are important towards being a staff member: As staff, you have to deal with people. Whether they have questions or they're causing trouble, as staff you're the one to deal with them. You have to remain calm and patient with people as you deal with them. Everyday problems arise, and as staff you're going to be looked at to solve the problems. If you don't know or something or make a mistake and someone needs to correct it, you have to have the willingness to learn and improve.

Explain to me a trait about yourself that you would like to improve on most, For example, taking initiative, less procrastinating, etc. You will not be rejected based on your answer, I just want to see your ability to self reflect.): I need to work on being indecisive. If i'm presented with two hard decisions, i'll take all the time in the world on making the decision.

How well do you work in fast-paced and stressful situations?: I work in food service as a manager currently. I'm constantly managing a team of 8+ people everyday, while dealing with everything the café needs. Since I work in a fast paced and stressful environment, i'd say I work quite well in them.
