Explain how these traits are important towards being a staff member: Self-accountability - you have to make sure you dont abuse the powers given to you, and dont put yourselfs over others, Patience is needed all the time, because some people might just not understand something, and you have to have that patience to explain things to them and help them out. Social-skills are valuable in any position that requires you to have a good friendly connection with a playerbase
