Experience with staffing (Nutscript, SAM, other servers, etc.): I owned my own server and managed it with other staff for about a year before deploying, and I could no longer sustain it after personal issues with family.

How active will you be on the server?

I've dedicated a majority of my time, whilst active duty military. I am injured and physically incapable of performing to my best ability. I am pending surgery. You have my time.

Why do you wanna be a staff member?

I want to do anything and everything I can to benefit the server in its entirety. As a brand new TRP, I took the time to introduce them to the server and ensure they understood the standards set before them along with myself.

What is your purpose as a staff member?

To put others needs above my own, to maintain standards and discipline. To enforce rules, to ensure the server is fun and no one is abusing their privileges to include myself..

Explain how these traits are important towards being a staff member:

Accountability, is of extreme importance. Being able to take responsibility for actions of my own and other than my own. Staff should be able to lead and give advice both positive and sternly.

Integrity and Honesty, the definition of Integrity is to always do the right thing, even when no one is looking. This should be a golden rule.

Trust, a team should be able to trust a staff member to make a non-biased and logical decision amongst an argument etc (situation depending). For the betterment of the server and its community.

Explain to me a trait about yourself that you would like to improve on most, For example, taking initiative, less procrastinating, etc. You will not be rejected based on your answer, I just want to see your ability to self reflect.)

At times, when spoken to in a disrespectful manner. I like to raise my tone of voice and I may seem angry. I don't tolerate disrespect in any manner unless jokingly and the setting is correct for said jokes. However, I do try to take a moment to myself before reacting in of itself.

How well do you work in fast-paced and stressful situations?

Extremely well.

Side Note: All I wish, is to see the server grow in its entirety. As it is a new home for me. An individual wants to show love, nurture and see this "home" grow. I will give my best effort into making sure that the server is in benefit of my actions rather than my benefit. As the server's benefit, is my benefit. Thank you for your consideration.
